On the very rare occasion that my entire family is together, it is a must that we have a family portrait. The last time we were all together was 2 1/2 years ago at my brother's wedding. As you can see by all of the baby photos, we basically took photos the entire time they were here! Too many kodak moments- and I couldn't miss one! My assistant Jill agreed to take our photos at Wrightsville Beach. What a perfect evening for photos. I love the beautiful sky and light on the ocean!

My sister Christy, her husband Kent and Ian. If you look close she had a mini baby 'bump'. My next baby model will be born this December. Ian will be a big brother! She is having another boy!

Trip to Kure Beach

We also went to Kure Beach with the family. Baby ElvisAnn looked so cute in her little sun hat! It was cool taking these photos of everyone playing on the beach. The sky was an amazing blue color. My favorites are of my brother holding and playing with ElvisAnn. It was such a great experience watching my brother be a new dad. He just adores ElivsAnn!

Trip to the Aquarium

We took the whole family to the Aquarium for the day. I had fun taking photos of my cute niece and nephew and the cute fish. I could take pretty clear photos of the fish without a flash of the tanks that were brightly lit up. My favorites are the 'Nemo' fish!

My little nephew Ian had to get in on the fun too! He showed off his 'Happy Feet' dancing penguin toy in these photos. He's two and a half. We have so much fun with him!

Portrait ~ ElvisAnn Plays Dress Up!

Little ElvisAnn played dress up with me. She is the perfect age- 7 months- just sitting up and not trying to crawl yet. What a cute little cupcake baby! I have been creating a collection of cute dresses and props for photos in the recent months. All of these items are available for your little ones to model for portraits!

Portrait ~ Meet Baby ElvisAnn

This is my adorable niece, ElvisAnn. Yes, that's her name- she is an 'Orange County Baby' with a rock star momma and a surfer daddy. She is destined for greatness! Isn't she the cutest ever? I'm not biased or anything- but we are so in love with her. When she came to visit, it was a non-stop photo shoot! She modeled all of my cute new baby dresses and props for portraits. There will be many more photos to come on my blog. This is just the beginning- without the fancy outfits. Just a plain onsie- you don't need much to show the beauty a new baby.

Engagement ~ Jennifer and Scott

We took photos of our super fun couple, Jennifer and Scott, in downtown Wilmington. Jennifer's request was for lots of cool backgrounds and downtown has lots of great places for interesting photos. We had lots of fun- and I think Jen found her inner supermodel! Way to rock the photos girl!

Laura and Jeremy celebrated their 1st Wedding Anniversary by taking photos on Carolina Beach. They spent the weekend at Jeremy's family beach house. This beach house is actually the place where they first met! Laura came over to the house with some friends and met Jeremy. The first night that they met, they spent hours talking out on this deck with the beach as their backdrop. We had a lot of fun taking photos. Happy first anniversary Laura and Jeremy!

Wedding Decor

I saw this pretty and easy to make wedding decoration online and thought I would pass it along. I think these flower decorations would make a great impact hung from the ceiling in a reception or would look fabulous for a ceremony arch or tent.
